Excellent!

We don’t care about talent – we’re interested in what you see when you pay attention. Look closer. Share what's there.

Almost anything. If you created it, we want to see it!

More than likely!

Exhibitions are assembled from photos and scans of artworks that are scaled to fit into our microgallery. Whether you've made a mural or a matchbox sculpture, all we need is a good quality image of it!

Online: click here to send an image of your work. Please share the clearest image you have as a JPG, PNG, PDF, TIFF or PSD file type.

In person: visit our parkside gallery in Oatley and drop a scribble into the mailbox.

Pocket Gallery is currently undergoing renovations to prepare for our grand opening in September. If you want to be a part of the inaugural exhibition, please use the online submission portal or contact us

Of course! You're welcome to submit your work anonymously, use a nickname, or include your name.

If you're under 15, we'll need consent from your parent or carer to share your name. You can still share your art without it but you will appear anonymously.

for 2D works under ~A3 size, Georges River Libraries offer fabulous free scanning services. If you've never used their photocopiers before, just ask a librarian—they're lovely, and always happy to help.

A few tips for photographing art on a smartphone:

  • Natural daylight is your friend
  • Photograph flat works straight on
  •  Give your camera lens a quick wipe first
  • Tripods are useful but a steady hand is just as good
  • Avoid harsh shadows and reflections.
  • Turn off the camera flash.
  • Send the clearest image you have

If your art is 3D, take a few photos from different angles so we can appreciate all the important bits.

She'd much rather answer a weird question than miss seeing a cool artwork.
